We have used the store in Danville  with great help and parts. This time  our part was through the Urbana  Bill Smith store. Steve found several doors for us  and then narrowed it down to the perfect  one. When I went to pick it up, Steve and Zack very helpful loading . Highly  recommend both locations, they are awesome.

They had a fuel tank for my 94 Cadillac icouldnt find anywhere else because it’s discontinued & had great communication while on the phone which is rare these days . Great service !

They are amazing! I bought my car there a little over a year ago and it was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! No pressure at all! My car had a head to toe warranty for a year. During this time it was driving a little “off”. They couldn’t figure it out so I though I just needed an alignment. So by the time I bought new tires and an alignment, the warranty has already expired and I came to find out it needed a new rack and pinons. I of course was disappointed it was finally figured out after the warranty expired. So I made an appointment to have it fixed but ai thought I would ask them if they would cover it since there was signs of it acting up but they couldn’t figure it out during the warranty. I figured the worst they would say is no but it was worth a shot. Not only did Bob cover it and had it fixed, he loaned me a vehicle to drive while it was being fixed. Zach is amazing to deal with! “Dan the man” as I call him was always so friendly and great with fixing my car and so honest! Bob is the best and truly cares about his customers! I will probably never buy another car from anywhere else! I am sold on being a customer for Life! Give them a shot!
