Made the last 2 purchases through the Bill Walsh Toyota in Ottawa. Everyone from sales to service is awesome. Katie is great in service, Amanda in finance is very friendly and extremely helpful. Our last salesman, Jake, did an awesome job, was friendly and did an amazing job LISTENING to what we wanted and needed and did everything he could to get the deal done. Will definitely go back to this location again.

Our salesman was Izzy and he was awesome! We were there for a few hours and EVERYONE was wonderful! Even the salesmen who didn't have anything to do with the sale! And the lady who handled the paperwork was amazingly efficient! I can't imagine why their rating isn't higher! We had an excellent experience! And love our Avalon!
