Super friendly staff, I went in a little hesitant (I’ve never purchased from a car lot before and honestly didn’t have much knowledge on the process) but they walked me through the whole thing and never made me feel pressured or came off as “pushy” as some places do. I recently had my first baby a few months ago and needed something that was more spacious/safer for her and so far I’m extremely happy with my purchase! Only giving 4 stars since I just got the car today and will obviously update once I’ve driven it for a few months but as of right now, the entire process was easy & quick and I have no complaints. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me but like I said, the entire staff was great!

Thanks to the guy ( Tim ) who made sure not only was the Explorer fixed on a holiday weekend but we had no other way to get to the vehicle but to walk when he called to let us know it was done - he came and picked us up— very friendly and respectful- and very much appreciated -
