I took my car here after a less than great experience with another dealership. I called and was able to get an appointment for just a couple days later. Once I arrived everyone was super helpful and very clear about the process and projected timeline.

My car took a couple of days to fix because they had to order a part, but Gordon and the rest of the team was super communicative. I never felt like they weren’t providing the absolute best service.

Will definitely be taking my car back for its regular maintenance and when I’m looking to purchase a new car in the future Black Buick GMC will be my first stop.
