I took my vehicle for routine service and a recall and they were great. Everyone was really nice. They got me in quickly and actually got to my vehicle early so I didn't have to go back and pick it up the next day. I originally went to the Eden, NC dealership. Made two appointments and drove to the dealership both times and was told there wasn't a technician available either of the times to do the recall. No one called me to let me know that. I will never go back to the Eden dealership again.

The experience that I had was incredible, Mr. Marty as well as miss Bianca. Was incredible. They got me taking care of in a timely fashion and allow me to get back home in a decent time. I will recommend that anyone that has issues with a vehicle. Take it over to Blackwell and have them take care of it. Thank you once again.
