Ask for Doug Linder! He goes beyond the basic in customer service! I bought a beautiful pre-owned GLK, unfortunately it had a severe malfunction and could not be driven. Doug and the service manager arranged to pick my vehicle over 2 hrs away and have it towed back to the dealership. I was  left with an amazing loaner while the repairs were made! I love my SUV and look forward to working with them again in the future!
