Recently purchased a CPO X3 from Cincinnati North BMW. Working with Matt Tucker was amazing. His attention to detail and experience made the buying process seamless and easy. He went above and beyond and even had our daughter’s favorite snack ready and waiting for her when we arrived. Awesome experience and awesome vehicle. I am very impressed with the customer service I have received at this location. My sales rep Tyler made the process of purchasing a breeze. He was with me explaining everything every step of the way and got me into a car that best fits my needs. He has checked in with me frequently to ensure my satisfaction and make sure I am 100% happy with my purchase. The employees at this location go above and beyond and everyone including the service department have impressed me to the fullest. This is my first BMW and I believe they have a life long customer. My last car purchase really had me worried about the care I would receive and how I would be treated but this location has changed my opinion of car purchasing.
