They let Tyler know we arrived and within minutes he had us hot coffee and wet ink on the paper! He literally got me the exact spec for two separate deals, always professional and never pushy. Tee help me to download the train map which is not in her job description, Mike shared everything I needed in a very timely fashion, and even though he was not present today he handed my case off very warmly to Chris who continued to keep me updated. Addie was kind and greeted me with warmth and the cashier (I think her name is Cathy) did the very same! I had a small issue that was unrelated to why I came to the dealership in the first place and Manager Jason handled it like the pro that he is. Emmanuel!! He is the reason why I’m writing this in the first place. Emmanuel treated me like I was a queen from dropping me off to the train station to greeting me when I returned to making sure everything was right to getting my car cleaned to helping me navigate where I needed to go and where I needed to be. Because of him, I felt obligated to write this review. Thank you for treating every customer (even the customers like me with an older model car) like the most valuable customer.
