Getting set up with my new 330i was straight forward, low-stress and enjoyable. Every time the vehicle required service, the dealership promptly and professionally took care of my needs. The shuttle service was a huge help to let me continue my day.

The lease return process was by far the most stress-free dealership experience I have ever had. Ryan, the sales manager, took great care to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and make sure we checked all the boxes to get me on my way in no time. No surprises and very straight-forward. Super great customer service!  By the time I input all the options I wanted, the only used car in the country that fit all my criteria was at BMW of Humboldt Bay ... which is, where?!?  Ryann emailed me several videos and photos of the car and made it easy to put a refundable deposit down on the car while I made arrangements to fly out to have a look.  He met me at the airport, and once I had a look at the car to be certain it was what I wanted, we got my paperwork done while Michael set the car up for me - and they had me on my way in under 90 minutes.  I had no issue with the one-trip permit that got me back to Colorado on temporary tags, and once here, the VIN inspection and transfer of title were simple.  These guys are the best dealership I've ever worked with and I will absolutely go back the next time I'm looking for a BMW.  Thanks, guys!
