There are things that matter to me when spending such large sums of money. Especially when this is my first car loan and I’m at a point in my life where I need something to go right. I don’t have time to haggle, I need honest numbers so I can make decisions and move on. I liked that there was a donation box to a local charity in the lobby of the showroom. I appreciated how the salesman, Jerry Cole, knew my family by their names. Instead of immediately looking at cars he sat me down and spoke with me to find out more of what I was looking for and needed. I was shown cars that were in my budget but that had important items to me. There was infinite patience as I compared and looked at everything. And even after I bought the car Jerry kept in touch with me. Calling Jerry a “salesman” feels almost rude. He sold me more than a car. He helped me find what feels like a future way of living I was waiting for. I’m not sure I can ever go back to anything else after this, he will probably end up being invited to our family dinners cause I’ll buy my future family’s cars from him too. I mean it doesn’t hurt that it’s an AMAZING CAR… but it’s extra great to feel like someone was there to help lift me up in a time of need.
