We had an excellent time at Boardwalk WV today. We bought a pre-owned Corvette, and the entire team was incredibly welcoming and pleasant. They went out of their way to accommodate us, moving several cars to bring the Corvette out of the showroom for a test drive. After the test drive, we decided to purchase, and the buying process was seamless. We requested to skip the negotiation back and forth, and they respected our wish and we finalized the deal in about 15 minutes. Luis and Tom, were fantastic, and Nordean, the manager, ensured a swift transaction. The whole staff was friendly and courteous. Even the finance manager, James, made the paperwork enjoyable with his friendly demeanor. Overall it was a great experience and I’d highly recommend them.

Amir in sales is top notch. He was very patient with my questions and never lost his cool. I HIGHLY recommend buying from Amir if you live in Northern California and are looking for a VW. He is very knowledgeable and understood why I asked what I asked. A consummate professional. He was great! The rest of the staff in finance (Ms. Lopez) and sales managers (Franklin) were also great. Amir made the experience unbelievably great. Other places I went to such as VW Serramonte were the exact opposite. Don’t waste your time…. visit Amir!!

Very good experience from VW service at this dealership. Been in twice, once for warranty, once for regularly scheduled service. Regularly scheduled service. Very quick, easy. In n out in an hour or so. Warranty: In and out next day with having to special order a warranty headlight assembly for a '23 Atlas Cross Sport. Oscar the service advisor is the best! Oscar is very knowledgeable and professional and courteous and kept in touch with every update with no long waiting to hear back silences. Overall happy and 5*'s for Oscar and the VW tech team. Would definitely recommend this dealership over VW in Sunnyvale. Problem fixed correctly without any issues. Professional, excellent communication, efficient, smart people at this VW dealership. A cut above the rest in the area.
