Hats off to the collision shop manager at Bob Jeannotte, George Collins !! George was true to his word and super communicative throughout the process. He called me regularly and kept me up to speed as to the progress of my repair. Even with the heat and humidity we have been recently experiencing he made it happen, like he said he would !! I couldn't be happier with the repairs made by his team, and the customer service Geroge provided to make it happen.  I have bought my Yukon's with the awesome help of Ray Calvin on the sales side, and now I've had an awesome experience on the repair side of Bob Jeannotte. After recently relocating to the area, I quickly needed to find a place to service my Buick as it was yelling at me about an oil change, and few more things. And yes, before anyone says anything, I know that I can change my own oil and perform a variety of services myself for cheaper. That is fine and dandy but I prefer to find a good reputable place to do these things for me. and that is exactly what I found with Bob Jeannotte Buick GMC.

Once I decided on this place I was easily able to navigate their website and make an appointment for the things I needed done. This was a very straightforward and painless process that eventually expedites the process when you show up to the dealership for your appointment.
As a former employee of a different dealership I have a pretty good idea of how the service process works, so that also helped a bit when I arrived.

Upon pulling into the service lanes I noticed immediately that the advisor working was short handed, and things seemed pretty understaffed. Patience goes a long way, so I simply waited my turn, and went from there. The advisor (whose name I cannot recall for the life of me because I am terrible with names) was efficient, professional, friendly, and she was great with my daughter.
After getting all of our paperwork squared away, my daughter and I made our way to the lounge to hang out and wait for the car to be done.

The customer lounge here is quite nice and inviting. Several comfortable chairs, a tv, fish tank, and am array of complementary snacks and drinks. They even have things set up to charge your phone or device of your choosing so you can get some work done while you wait, or endlessly scroll social media until your hearts content without having to worry about your battery (not a necessity for me by any means, but a nice touch nonetheless). We interacted with a few different employees while in the lounge and one of the guys from the shop made sure my daughter got a cookie and an orange juice while we waited.  Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and accommodating. All in all we spent an hour and twenty minutes or so in the lounge waiting which is around what I was anticipating, so it was no big deal. Good things take time.

When all was said and done, I couldn't be happier with my first experience here, and will keep coming back when my car is in need of something. Is it the cheapest place around? Absolutely not. Is it the quickest place to get in and out of for an oil change if you're in a pinch for time? Nope, sure isn't. But what it is, is a place where they make you feel like you're important to the business, and they're thankful that you're giving your business to them, when you could be giving it to anyone, and that to me is more important than finding the best bargain in town.
