I miss the interaction like that because with this digital age we live in, a lot of dealerships will not interact with you. Highly recommend this dealership to purchase a vehicle!!

Customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and treated you like you mattered. Phone calls were always returned and kept up to date on our vehicle order. I have been to other local dealerships that evidently were not interested in selling you a vehicle and never touched base with you. That was not the case with Tedford Chevrolet. They made our purchase happen as we ordered our Tahoe and it was a great experience. We have bought several vehicles from Tedford now, even though they are not local to us, because of the good customer service. We will definitely refer people to this dealership.
