Without fail, Rahal BMW goes above and beyond to exceed expectations at every visit. From the valets to the managers, everyone is extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The service department is amazing and has reasonable service packages for maintenance. Travis is my service advisor for both of my vehicles and always makes the process easy. I am extremely impressed that he recognizes me and addresses me by name even if I don’t have an appointment. Hats off to the entire team, they deserve recognition for their dedication and quality work!

Telephone calls are very promptly returned, and they treat my vehicles as if they personally owned them. Outstanding place to deal with. Outstanding service, as always. My family has dealt here many times throughout the years and each time was a wonderful experience. I just purchased an X2 today and everyone was accommodating. Our sales person was Jasen. He made the process smooth sailing. He even assisted with installing my child’s car seat into the new vehicle. Very accommodating! I’d recommend purchasing a vehicle here. They have your best interest.
