Without fail, Rahal BMW goes above and beyond to exceed expectations at every visit. From the valets to the managers, everyone is extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The service department is amazing and has reasonable service packages for maintenance. Travis is my service advisor for both of my vehicles and always makes the process easy. I am extremely impressed that he recognizes me and addresses me by name even if I don’t have an appointment. Telephone calls are very promptly returned, and they treat my vehicles as if they personally owned them.  I appreciate that very much, because that is a level of excellence I have not experienced anywhere.  With Bryan and Roman, I never have to worry about receiving top-quality service and would be reluctant to trust my car service with anyone else.
