I really cannot say enough great things about this business and Tony in sales! My husband and I purchased a Suburban here that was traded in and the whole process was so easy and smooth. We were treated like family and did not feel pressured at any point. Tony made sure that we were completely comfortable with the vehicle and he was so helpful! There was even a kids play room to keep our little ones occupied while we each went for a test drive. Everyone working there stepped in to help us out where they could and were so nice to us! I spoke with Hunter Dean on the phone. He was really attentive to my needs, patient, and thorough. I took one last test drive at the showroom. Since I wasn't sure if I should choose a gas car or a hybrid, I had the opportunity to test drive a few different cars. Regarding the pricing without haggling, Hunter and his boss responded to me quite quickly. Not as much back and forth as I had anticipated.  I highly recommend Hunter and his group. Highly recommend! When I called, I talked with Brian about wanting to compare 2 trim levels of the 2023 Lexus RX. Brian took the time to make sure both models were available for me to see and drive. When we arrived the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Brian made the comparison of models easy and helped me decide based on my needs. We got a deal on a trade of my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve which also helped me decide on the purchase (loved my Jeep- wasnt sure I would let it go- but so glad I did!).
