The entire team at Bobby Rahal Toyota was hands down incredible. We ordered a 2024 Grand Highlander in August of 2023 while working with Josh Depew. He was incredible! He was so knowledgeable and helped diligently and patiently  with our hundreds of questions with the ordering process. He kept us up to date with ordering details. Finally when the car arrived, he was so kind, encouraging and most importantly, (to our situation) accommodating with schedule difficulties. Upon completing financial paperwork, his touches of adding a red bow was completed and he even gave my husband a coffee mug! I can’t recommend this facility and Josh enough. The car buying process is difficult but Josh made it super care free and even fun at times! Jesse from finance was so kind! Answered all of our questions and worked quickly and efficiently through the process. 10/10, highly pleased and happy!

First of all my folks and I have had nothing but great experiences with Bobby Rahal Toyota. I give 5 stars because I was going in looking for something bigger in size such as an suv or a truck. Luckily the day I went in, they had a 2020 Toyota 4Runner in stalk that just called my name. I love every little bit of this vehicle and I get to call it mine. Shoutout to Jordan Williams for helping me find this baby and shoutout to Gregg Williams for making it mine.

Recently purchased a Highlander Hybrid. I went on Toyota's website and it said a model I was looking for was being delivered here. I called and unfortunately it was already reserved for a buyer which is the case for this high demand car. Remarkably the next day I am called and told the car is available.  A few days later I'm out here buying this car.  The experience with a Rahal dealership is always A plus.  I have used their BMW dealership in Pittsburgh often.  The facility is impeccable,  employees great. My salesman Nick Fogelsanger came in on his day off to complete the process.  My car was waiting in pristine condition. My complete time there wasn't more than an hour . It would of been shorter but a tech spent as much time as I needed setting up and explaining the vehicle for me.
