I am about a month into my new Volvo and absolutely love it...but I have to say, the best part of my new car was the sales process.  Bob Guckert is the best in the business.  No pressure, lots of valuable information, honest and straightforward - and just a good dude generally.  After telling more people about my experience with Bob, I've come to learn I'm not the only one  - many I've encountered said, "oh, yeah, I won't buy a car from anyone else."  In any business, finding someone who is as good as Bob is hard to come by...ask for him by name.

Returning from Cleveland, where we had watched the eclipse my 2018 Volvo was running low on gas. Unfortunately, the batteries in my key fobs had run out of power and I could not open the gas lever. Bobby Ray Hall is on the way home to PITTSBURGH.  We stopped to have the batteries replaced. The individual who took care of us, took the key fobs replace the battery and then went outside to double check.

He did this task perfectly well and then said we were free to go without having to pay for the two batteries.   It was a pleasure to be so well treated as a customer.
