Omar, the sales person, was impeccable, found me the perfect vehicle, and listened Impeccably at what my needs were, and actually picked out a car for me at the other location. He knew I had two huge English Labradors, and that I needed to be able to accommodate them.  He had it serviced, detailed, cleaned, and transferred to the Bonita location
for my delivery. Steven, in accounts financial, was kind, patient and thorough and detail oriented and getting my financing set up easily. Everything was stress-free and incredibly professional. Javier, the finance manager also followed through the entire process with the dealerships owner, to make certain that the car was being held, and taken care of for me once I selected it. The experience was so wonderful and carefree, that when I saw a brand new 4-Runner come into the dealership, knowing that my partner would absolutely love it, they easily and quickly took care of him within the same week. We purchased two new cars from them in the same week! Both of us were in and out quickly, our transactions were easy, professionally handled and managed, with impeccable, communication via text and phone through the entire process to make sure our vehicles were secured. I cannot recommend another dealership better and all of my years of purchasing new cars and Trading in older cars, they were so wonderful to work with. It was truly a pleasure! We are both so pleased with our new vehicles, and we’re overjoyed with the service that was provided at the customer level. It was golden!

This is the first dealership I’ve purchased a vehicle from sight unseen and buying from out of state. Luis was a great help getting me photos and videos of everything I had asked for. The service manager recommended a third party inspection to make sure everything was good to go. Bonita took the truck to a certified Ford dealership and back for me with zero hesitation. The communication, transparency, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered was fantastic.
