Clarified any questions I had and made sure I fully understood any further specifications or requirements and kept in consistent contact with the whole process and beyond. Borcherding Buick has definitely earned the 5 star rating from us.  Tyler Grove is a very professional and respectful salesman.  We didn't feel pressured or rushed.  I love how the dealership was transparent with the us about the 2014 Infiniti QX80 that we bought.  They made every attempt to address any concerns we had, as well as made sure the vehicle was safe to drive before we purchased it.  I can't remember the sales managers name but this guy treated me and my wife "EXCEPTIONALLY WELL".  The virtual signing was a breeze and worked well for us.  This dealership has definitely earned our business and I will consider them first the next time I am in the market for a car or truck.
