So let me start by saying...AMAZING.. drove 2 hours to look at a wrangler, went on a few test drives to see which one was going to work for me, Julian was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Did not end up getting the one I wanted.....but got something much better.. A beautiful 2023, meaning I still got entire warranty for the vehicle, my priority, and the clear coating, to protect my investment. Everyone there was very nice, no pushy " salesperson" attitude here. Julian was more concerned about what was important to me and my needs. Fred, in finance,  was also FANTASTIC!.This by far has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. A few weeks ago, we were travelling 500 miles and near South Hill, VA our 2017 Pacifica started shaking and running really poorly.  We googled Chrysler dealers and Boyd was near.

The service writer, understood our situation and had someone look at the car right away.  It was diagnosed and parts ordered.  They expedited the delivery or the parts and we were on our way in approximately 2 hours.
