Today I came to Brady auto just to look around at a car I have been eyeing and a great sales man made my day a I'm so happy he got great customer service and I got a early Birthday gift I got the car it is beautiful luxurious and he made it happen his name is Tyler D and I couldn't have ran into noone better sales person keep up great work this is his calling . Won't He Do It!!!!!!

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! PLEASE READ REVIEW !!! Hello everyone I’m a firefighter for Penn hills I bought a vehicle when I was 18 from the previous owner of Brady’s auto sales it was a good car no issues what so ever with them a little over a year ago it got totaled and when I was ready for a new vehicle I returned to Brady's as a returning customer as I trusted them as a dealership for my experience the first time I bought a 2015 ram 1500 from them in June of 2023 everything was good for about 6 months into owning the vehicle my issue started with Brady’s auto sales when I had a coolant leak in January 2024 I called them to repair it I got told I’ll call you back in 20 minutes from the mechanic and never heard back from Brady’s I took it to a family friend mechanic we got it fixed fast forward to March 2024 I get a check engine light that comes on I call Brady’s because it’s under warranty there it goes in once to get diagnosed I get scheduled for 2 weeks take it back in then it gets scheduled another 2 weeks at this point I have to take work off to tell them that the truck has to be in the shop and looked at I get told to follow through with the 2 weeks it goes in on this 2 weeks and they tell me I need a tune up spark plugs, coil pack, oil change I asked for a quote and got my quote on notebook paper I proceeded to take my vehicle to another shop I got told I needed a new motor and have to pay out of pocket because Brady’s couldn’t get the truck in the shop while it was under warranty. Now Me Being A Firefighter That’s my way of Getting To calls for those in need now I can’t get to those in need because they don’t like to work on vehicles

Got a Nissan from here in 2019 awesome experience from Chris, Great salesman and great professionalism… came back yesterday for another vehicle that I am very happy with. Chris Saved the Day again. Chris and Matt both good guys
