I cant say enough about the kindness and patience I experience here. Anthony Light was absolutely amazing to work with. Explained everything to me in detail.
On top of that i had my elderly mom with me and she wanted to sit outside and as i was going in and out checking on her and trying to get my GMC Terrain, He (Anthony) was amazingly patient with me.
At one point another worker was sitting outside and talking with her. It gave me the ability to do what i needed with peace of mind that my mom was safe.
Then i go into do my paperwork and again meet with kindness beyond measure. Everything was explained to me with no question unanswered.
My experience as a single woman was made to be the best experience i ever had.
And with all that greatness from all the staff. I got a beautiful SUV in my budget.
I would and will go here again for an other vehicle..

Recently had to use Bramlett Service Department for a warranty repair. I was immediately met by the Service Consultant, Mendy Williams, upon arrival. She received my information, informed me of the process and even provided me with a loaner car for a few days while mine was being repaired. She called me a few days later, informed me that everything was done and ready for pickup. The whole process could not have been easier and Mendy was absolutely amazing!
