I brought my car (actually wife's car) in for scheduled service.  I was offered a loaner but declined as I had brought my work with me in case the service could be done in about two hours.  I grabbed a cup of coffee and found a comfortable place to work.  There was no TV or music to distract me and even though there were plenty of people waiting I found it easy to work or tune in or out of the conversations around me (people did not have to try to talk over TV or background music).  Summer, my service agent was great.  I got more work do at the dealership that I would have in my office and I didn't have to drive anywhere.  And the car was ready on time as promised.  Very pleasant experience.
