Greg the parts manager today went above and beyond when our part did not arrive when we were told it would. We live 40 mins away and have an extremely tight schedule this weekend with a hospital visit, a funeral to officiate and ministry early Sunday morning. The part was supposed to arrive this morning and we had let them know we would pick it up in the afternoon. The part had not arrived when we got there just after 4 pm. The parts manager offered to bring the part 40 minutes to where we live. They were able to find the part we needed as part of a kit so that we could have the part today which will enable us to repair the truck before driving out of town tomorrow to the funeral.

It's easy to get upset and post reviews when our time is wasted or when we are treated unfairly or with poor service. When someone goes above and beyond to make things right we should be just as ready to post a positive review.

Greg, thank you so much Sir for your exceptional service today. It is refreshing in this crazy world in which everyone is out for themselves to find such integrity.

Probably the best buying experience ive ever had at a dealership!!! My wife, mom, and I arrived and spotted the truck that i was looking for, and while looking at it, the salesman walked out and introduced himself, (ALONZO AMES) from the start he was very respectful, and invited us for a test drive. Thru the entire process he had the attitude, and drive to do whatever was necessary to get us in our dream truck! 5 stars
