Mark, and Kenneth were great to work with.  My car needed a new transmission and the first one they put in was not good.  I had to return a month later and they put another transmission in for me without charging me!   Now my car runs great!   I highly recommend them.

I am incredibly pleased with the service from Brockman automotive! My car broke down 2.5 hours from home leaving me in a difficult situation. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Brockman automotive when trying to figure out what to do. I was able to tow my car to Brockman after hours and leave the key in a secure Dropbox. They were able to start on my vehicle first thing in the morning and had the car ready the same day, with great communication throughout the day. A difficult situation was made relatively painless thanks to Brockman. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you about the amazing customer service provided by Brockman Automotive. They really took care of our vehicle and got us back on the road in a timely fashion. Their kindness from the time I walked in the door is unmatched. Trying to find an honest shop to help service your vehicle is a long shot these days but these guys really helped me in any way they could. Even the owner made sure I made it to work on time when I had no one else to help me. They also offered helpful tips to keep my vehicle running in the future and answered every single one of my questions. I am thankful I just so happened to stumble across them. They deserve a Christmas card!! I will scream this from the rooftops THANK YOU BROCKMAN AUTOMOTIVE!!!

I needed to get an oil, filter, and tire  change. Not only was the staff knowledgeable and repaired what was necessary on my car, but the customer service was outstanding. I had such friendly conversation with the manager. He made a recommendation , which was evident that he was not trying to rip me off - in fact he recommended a cheaper, yet equal quality tire. He followed up the following week about the repairs, checking that everything was satisfactory. I have never had an auto repair shop do that. I would definitely bring my car back.

I initially rated this mechanic with 5 stars due to my personal positive experiences. However, after referring a family member who encountered issues with an air conditioner freon line leak, I feel compelled to adjust my rating.

Their experience involved three consecutive Thursdays spent with their car at the shop, with it not being attended to until later in the day despite early morning appointments. The first visit included adding dye to the line and an oil change, the second week was for leak detection which was unsuccessful due to equipment failure, necessitating a third visit the following week. Although a discount was offered for the inconvenience, the leak source remained undetected after extensive testing.

While I empathize with the challenges of diagnosing intermittent issues, the level of service and communication regarding appointment expectations did not meet the standard. Regrettably, the air conditioning issue persists, and while I plan to return based on my own experiences, I can no longer confidently recommend this service to others.
