Carlos, Ryan and Luis went above and beyond to help my wife and I get a comfortable car we love to drive. Carlos made sure the experience was relaxed with no pressure, Ryan worked to get us an approval exactly where we needed to be and Luis made sure we were 100% with all of our paperwork. They all made sure we had all of our questions answered and left comfortable with using my new Elantra. We'll definitely be back to upgrade our next vehicle!

Leased my new 2024 Kona Limited at the end of February and I must say that I still can’t believe how easy and painless the process was. They gave me a fair deal and didn’t play games like a lot of places like to do. They are not your “typical” car salesmen. Totally no pressure and easy going.  It was almost too hard to believe!   If you’re considering a Hyundai, go see Richie (sales consultant) and Ian (sales manager).  They’re  friendly and will do whatever they can to make the process as effortless as possible for you.  Highly recommend!  And I love my new Kona!

My experience at this dealership was easy and smooth. As a first time car buyer/owner, I was unsure of what to expect. The person who helped me, Angel at the dealership was not only knowledgeable but he was also extremely kind and thoughtful. I live in New York City, so my cousin who lives in Pennsylvania was my connection to this dealership. Although I was in a different location, their service was still top notch, from the front desk to sales. Whether we communicated over text or over the phone, phenomenal service! They are extremely responsive and will help you from start to finish. Angel went above and beyond, even to make sure that I got the car that I wanted, brand new as well! I stopped by this dealership on my way home from work just to look at a couple models I was interested in. I was greeted, non aggressively, by a very friendly young man. He very patiently and politely answered the few questions I asked about the cars I researched. It is obvious that he really believes in the brand of cars he is selling. I told him that I had a list of cars, besides the Hyundai, that I would be choosing from. At no point did I feel pressured, and he did not say a bad word about the other brands I was considering. Instead, he simply pointed out the great things about Hyundai. We exchanged phone numbers, and over the next couple of days he replied promptly to the questions I had after I left. My wife and I went back to the dealership twice to drive a couple different models. Our guy continued to be polite, friendly, informative, and not pushy at all. He promised to take care of us, and he did. The cars, too, were just as he described… Great! The young man I’m speaking about is Sam Rosado. Honestly though, everyone we spoke to at Brown-Daub was very friendly, even after I told them that I had already been talking to Sam, they were ready and willing to assist us until Sam was free! We bought a brand new Santa Fe Limited! We LOVE the car, but more importantly, we were extremely happy with Brown-Daub (especially Sam)! The entire process, from the first conversation through the purchase process, and even after we drove off with our new car, was by far the best I’ve ever experienced buying a new car. I was kind of dreading going though the car buying process based on past experience, but I will enthusiastically recommend Brown-Daub to anyone I know who is looking for an awesome new car!!
