5 is an understatement. my car got recalled and I work up the street from them and called in a panic. they were so understanding, for me in the next morning first thing, did a full inspection of my car and told me all the problems. crystal was my service advisor and she talked to me like an actual human and made me feel like my car was in such good care under her name. I went to pick up my car and they offered me a car wash before I left. this place is a gem and doesn’t even come close to what I thought customer service was! thank you for making me feel safe in my car again!
