The most depressing part was there was a required port addon for 4 USB cables for $70; already an absolute rip-off (Not Buckhannon's fault). Went to organize the truck today and finally look inside the package.  Someone took the only 2 that were usable with the truck out of the bag leaving 2 useless USB-A cables. The truck only has USB-C charging ports. So not only do they sell you 4 cables for $70, 50% of them aren't usable and then someone ripped off the other 2.

Love my truck and everyone was super nice. Thanks for not adding any shenanigans like lojack, vin etching or other nonsense. So many scammy dealers, at least these guys are straightforward and I really appreciate that.

I'd buy another truck from them in the future!

I traded my 2007 Ford Ranger 2WD in on a 2020 Tacoma TRD Off Road.  I had initially stated a number I would accept for the trade but I changed my mind when I saw what was being offered for my truck.  Todd James, one of the managers, was understanding of my indecisiveness and immediately agreed to my request.  I was very appreciative of his effort to secure the deal.
