Today was my first trip in to have the Explorer serviced and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.   I was met with warm welcome from my salesman and introduced to the service team.  They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while I waited, and had me in and out quickly!
The complimentary oil change, car wash and refreshments are a HUGE improvement from the not-so-pleasurable service experiences I had at my previous dealership.
