I was thrilled when I got my first Cadillac not long ago.   My xt5 has been a great car for me and I have only ever had it serviced at Cadillac of Laguna Niguel  because they have always provided  excellent  service and complete customer satisfaction . All of my service managers have been great too  and the last one Jackson was one of the absolute best  even timing my service so I was still able to keep an important doctors appointment Jackson bent over backward to help me with a warranty problem I had  the month before my warranty expired.  Jackson  was even able to show me a video of  my mechanic  actually  working on the underside of my car  and going through a  safety check off list while  the car was in the shop to make sure all the high tec  computer mechanics were also working properly.  In the video the mechanic  pointed out and explained each step of the evaluation process my car had under gone  and then later  z Jackson was able to even clarify further the complete exam to determine if there was anything more that needed attention.
All in all my service appointment provided an excellent learning experience for me and peace of mind that  when my car was returned to me  that I had a wonderful car that was absolutely safe to drive and in perfect running order!
