Father daughter day to get her XT5 oil changed and tires rotated. We also checked out cars in showroom. Nice 69 vette! Steven was our service advisor and he was explaining what was occurring with her car. He was awesome!!  Every time we have been at the service department it has been great.

Price was within $200 of the quote given 2 months previously. I had made an appointment to make sure I wasn’t without my vehicle any longer than necessary. I was told by end of day the same day or possibly the next morning before noon. At the end of the first day, I checked the automated status link provided. They had not even started on it. It was finally finished just before closing the second day. Sounds reasonable to most, but if you have an appointment, I expect you to honor that appointment and get started promptly.
