Had a great experience with Cadillac of Portland!  We worked with Tristin Bower and were very happy we did.  We ordered the Lyriq about a year and a half ago and just recently took delivery of our new car.  Tristin was always helpful, provided us with all the information he could.  Cadillac, the company, wasn't always good with info about the status of our order, but Tristin was always responsive and proactive in his communication with us.  Then, during the actual purchase and taking ownership of the car, Tristin provided significant insight into the process and then how the car worked.

It was quite a long time waiting for the car to be produced, but Tristin made the wait bearable.

It's only been a few days since we've had the car, so I can't comment on how amazing, or not, it will be.  One of our remotes wasn't working quite right, so we need to get that addressed.  That'll give us an opportunity to see what their post-sales service is.
