Just bought a used car and hands-down had the best experience I’ve EVER had buying a vehicle!! There were no pressure tactics, the price was what they said it would be, the finance guy got me an *amazing* rate, at the terms I’d asked for. And the vehicle is in stellar shape! Could not possibly recommend this location more.

Ricardo, Mario, and Joe were a fantastic, complimentary team who clearly work well and communicate with each other. I never felt like I was playing catch-up, regardless of which person I was talking to.

I spent over an hour at a dealership just up the road from here, the price changed t every time he left the room, the finance team left me waiting for over 45 minutes, and when I had to leave, the sales man called me at home TWICE to try and get me to make a deposit over the phone. None of that happened at Chevy/Caddy. As a female veteran, I can tell you I have never felt more confident in, and respected by, a sales team.
