This experience was nothing short of easy, enjoyable and incredibly fun! I had been searching across the state for a specific build of OPTIQ that is rare and I just could not find until I came across Cadillac of Calabasas. I reached out on a Sunday night and Brian E. got back to me first thing Monday morning sharing all the details I requested — photos, videos and voice memos. I live in San Diego, so I would not be able to get up there until the following weekend, and unfortunately Brian wasn’t available then. But he was excited to hook me up with another Specialist who he thought I’d enjoy and would provide me with a great experience — and that’s exactly what happened. When I got there, I quickly realized that the vehicle I was interested in wasn’t for me after all, but David B. quickly understood what I was looking for, and narrowed my options down to three vehicles that he thought I would like. I ended up finding the perfect match almost immediately. The experience from start to end was very efficient and pleasant. Not only was the entire process finished within just a few hours without endless haggling, David was so kind and funny and made the time fly by. Not only was he great to experience personally, I truly felt like he was my advocate, and we were able to get the best deal possible, coming in lower than any other Cadillac dealership I had spoken to for weeks and resulted in less of a payment than I had with Tesla. It was SUCH a relief working with these guys, and I am so grateful I found this dealership. David has checked in a few times now making sure that everything is still perfect with my new OPTIQ, and Brian has also reached out to congratulate me and ensuring my process was smooth, even though he wasn’t entirely involved. If you’re in the market for a new Cadillac, go here and ask for them. Even if it’s a drive, I’m positive it’ll be worthwhile.

I had the most delightful car buying experience EVER and I have purchased quite a few in my days! Alex M. (Sales Representative), Ryan (finance manager), and Michael (sales manager) are extremely professional, friendly, and customer centric.  Their listed price for the vehicle purchased was accurate, I was not subjected to any of those silly games most dealerships play with hidden fees and unnecessary add ons.  I got an amazing deal on a CT4 for a phenomenal value, so much so I drove over 2.5 hours from the Inland Empire just to purchase at Cadillac at Calabasas. The purchasing process was seamless and expeditious, I was in and out in a couple of hours.  The dealership is very new, modern, immaculate, and easily accessible, it's right off the freeway.

I would definitely trek to do it again if I had to.  This is my fourth and I don't anticipate it being my last Cadillac purchase.  I will definitely purchase from this dealership again. Kudos to the staff, especially Alex!

My wife and I walked into the dealership and was greeted by our sells rep David. He took his time and explained everything to us and made the process smooth and hassle free. We purchased 2 vehicles that day. We started off only looking for the wife a car and then they had the one I was eyeballing as well. Overall a great experience which is hard sometimes at a dealership. Ask for David if you decide to add a Caddy to your collection
