Bought my car at the dealership in 2015 and have had it serviced there ever since. Very fair pricing has kept me coming back. Everyone I’ve dealt with in the service department has been very professional and helpful. Not pushy like other dealers. If work on your vehicle needs attention they make a note of it and suggest a timeline for getting it done but are not insistent that it needs to be done immediately. Getting appointments for service is a relatively easy process also. Michael, my most recent service advisor, was exceptional.After dropping my car off to be serviced he reached out and suggested one more item and I totally agreed with his assessment. My car is always returned to me running like a top. Having serviced it here religiously I believe my Accord will easily top 200k miles. Thanks again to everyone at Canobie Lake Honda!!!

I’ll break this short and concise review down into two main people that made my experience superior, vehemently walking away with a 2020 Honda Ridgeline.

Steve Sullivan (Finance) - Steve slowly walked me through everything and all the documents I needed to finalize the transaction. He was very professional, extremely patient and had fantastic listening skills. God bless his family for his time.

Sebastian Mejia (sales rep) - I work in sales as well and as harsh as it sounds, I’m transparently always looking for cracks and curious to see what type of rep I’ll get. Sebastian has spectacular antics with his industry expertise. Not too salesy, asked good questions, gave customer space, good communication with following up… all of this made it easy for me to purchase my vehicle at a great price. God bless him and his family for his service.

Excellent service! Went in for an oil change and Ryan was terrific. Very friendly and informative throughout my visit. They had a quiet room with fast WiFi so I was able to get some work done. Service was very quick and efficient. Spent less than an hour waiting even with the heavy snow. Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Canobie Honda in Salem over Autofair in Manchester!
