Dealing with Jay was an awesome experience. Having 3 kids with me, I didn’t want to spend all day at the dealership so I dealt with Jay via text which could be aggravating for him and I. That wasn’t our case. We got close enough to the right numbers that I showed up with the kids and left with a smile on my face and a new to me truck. He was great with my wife, kids, and myself. Went the extra mile to meet me in the middle on a deal I felt comfortable with and Jay or I didn’t have to work very hard to get there. Will do it again when my oldest needs his car. Thanks Jay.

Overall a really nice experience!  Chuck accommodated me nicely - I flew in the night before and he picked me up from the hotel next morning and got me set up for a no-pressure test drive, had the service bay ready for me to give the truck a thorough inspection, provided a smooth transaction, and capped off the sale by filling the enormous 39-gallon tank of our thirsty '13 Yukon XL 2500 before I began my 10-hour drive back to Colorado.
