CarHavn is a great establishment. I brought my Audi A8 in for misfiring & rough idling. Ramrio was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had my car diagnostics when a couple hours. Turn out is was the timing chain, which had me a little worried because most shops do not touch a 4.2 V8 engines let alone the timing chain is in the back of the motor, which means the whole motor had to come out. But Ramrio insured me his shop was up to the task and had done this job many times.  While the engine was out Ramrio informed me of other issues and parts that need to be address. (part fee no labor) They sent me picture of all the parts and all the work as it was being done. Which was something new to me. (Very impressive)  That shows they are committed to customer service. Once i got my car back she ran like a beauty.  No complaints what so ever. Ramiro and the Carhavn team is one of kind!

CarHavn is a place that I highly recommend to everyone. From the moment Ramiro looked at my vehicle I could tell he was an expert at dealing with BMW's. He was professional throughout the entire experience and you can tell he just really cares about cars and making sure customers are happy. He is very communicative and want the best for you and your vehicle. My timing chain needed to be replaced along with some oil leaks and it was wayyyy cheaper than the dealer's quote. Just take care of your car,  you buy a used car replace all the fluids immediately and stay up on your maintenence.  Do your research!  This car been raced and modified and is more amazing than the day i picked out up from these guys.

Just picked up a nice and beautiful Audi S4 for a great price. From the first day I called, Andrew answered and worked with me. After going over everything I awaited the approval/check from my bank and he kept the car there. I insisted on a refundable deposit as I live 3 hours away from this dealership and really wanted this car. Without test driving it I was going off of my gut and his word even with all the "common" issues these years had. He said don't worry about the deposit and ensured me the car went through multiple maintenance points and test.  The maintenance records match the carfax when I called the recent places it was serviced at as well as finding out additional information. Him and Ramiro stayed later as I hit traffic and with no rush we went through everything.  Test drove for a good 40 minutes with my wife everything was great. The car definitely pinned her to the seat and made her let out a little scream. The 3 hour drive home was even better.  Car ran smooth,  beautiful suspension compared to my Hemi, brakes and power.  Not a thing wrong. Ramiro advised me of what oil to specifically use and why as well as some valid recommendations. Today I hooked it up to a vag/vcds for a complete scan and everything was in good condition minus the gas door lock/unlock. (The little motor went) easy fix.  Ran diagnostic testing and live data testing today everything runs in there respected parameters.  Put it on the lift and looked everything over and under the car,  not a near nother leak at all. Spotless especially for a 12 yr old performance/ luxury car. Brand new brakes from Audi, few hoses, some suspension parts all looked new.  No oil, differential or trans fluid leaking at all. Their dealer fees were typical, no issues and they transferred everything over to my state and to this car (my old plates). They also supplied me with their drive train warranty for 30 days.  The inside, in great condition for being 12 yrs old,  every light/ function works.  I got exactly what I wanted and more thank God the Almighty. A completely unaltered and stock car (not someone else's mess). I will post pictures of the black S4 with red and black interior. I'd like to thank Andrew and Ramiro once again. From my experience I would definitely recommend them and I would do business with them again!

Carhavn was amazing from the financing to the service. Very much in love with my car.  they replaced and did the complete service check before I bought it so I knew it was a safe car. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Took care of everything I asked for. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them again if needed.
