I purchased a used truck in February I only had made 2 payments and a
Rat or squirrel chewed a sensor wire . I took it back to Carl cannon and used my insurance for the repair but I didn’t have rental insurance so, I called Carl cannon and explained that I didn’t have another vehicle to use while the repair is complete. These people are great people and got me a loaner truck even though they didn’t really have to do that. I would recommend them to anyone that wants great service. Thank you Carl Cannon. Oh! And one more thing I wanted to thank Tony in service and Dennis in sales for all the support that they gave me.

I was shopping for a pre-owned truck and stumbled upon Carl Cannon through my search on autotrader for a newish Nissan titan. They had a super clean, low mileage truck that I was strongly considering in addition to some ram 1500s at other dealerships. While I ultimately went with a ram and didn't purchase from here, Mason was my sales guy who helped me with detailed pics of the truck, worked up a great, no fluff out the door price. And was just easy to deal with overall unlike some car dealers. I would have happily purchased a vehicle here had my sights not already been so swayed towards a vehicle that I found elsewhere.
