Most sincere and knowledgeable people I’ve ever purchased a car from. The entire team is like a family and they make you feel like one as well. I was working with Justin and he showed me the car I wanted and pretty much set everything up for me. The test drive was great and the car was everything I wanted. I had an issue with the insurance company and then in came Moe. Moe is the owner and I was blown away by him. I struggled to figure out the insurance and he sat with me for a very long time going over details of insurance plans, making sure/double checking I was okay with prices, trying different companies. I was fed croissants, snacks, and given drinks while there, I truly felt their warm welcome. I ended up coming back a day or so after for a tire light that came on and while I waited, Moe came and kept my son (3 years old) and I busy with snacks and conversation. I ended up having to come back during a time that was better for me. They didn’t make me pay for the fix, they fed me, and they absolutely made my day each time I came. I feel blessed that I decided to drive into this lot that first day I came here. They are accommodating, considerate, and compassionate. The list of how kind they are could sincerely continue for too long. Thank you so much for the opportunity and kindness I was shown during this experience. I am forever grateful!
