Overall I had a great experience. Bubba Parham was my Salesperson and he has a positive attitude. He doesn’t try to guide you with false promises or expectations. He was informative, friendly, and on point. I told him exactly where I was financially and what I wanted. I have worked in the car business so I know good salespeople when I meet them. This team was professional and friendly. They were upfront and didn’t send me on a wild goose chase. The Receptionist/ CSR Angelena  was fantastic and very friendly. Very personable. Lisa the Finance Manager was incredible. She is very good at her job and informative. She made signing papers a breeze. I also received a email from the Sales Manager asking me if everything was good. Seriously if you need a car, this team is top notch! I love my Nissan Rogue. Thanks Carlock Honda!
