Used Carlton Automotive twice in the last 2 months. Previous service was for new tires and checking brakes & alignment. Best price for tires. Today’s service was for oil change & tire rotation, BOTH service visits were excellent. The service advisor and technicians were truly service oriented and discussed their findings and work completed with me after servicing was completed. I will use Carlton for ALL future automotive work and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs trustworthy auto repairs or service.

I had a sudden need for service work and I use my vehicle for my delivery job. Rather than go through the hoops to try to get a company vehicle, I asked Carlton if they had a loaner I could use for my job. They accommodated me with a type of vehicle needed plus they got the service work done two days sooner than expected. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Carlton has always been helpful and generous and very speedy to get the repairs done.

Carlton‘s towing service is excellent also. Very friendly, knowledgeable and calm tow truck drivers know how to be calm in stressful situations.

The full service experience at Carlton Automotive is impressive every time I bring a vehicle in for work.  The oil change and tire rotation went well in August 2024.  The inspection report at the end of the visit also brings some future planning for upcoming repairs that are recommended.  Easy to budget these into the plan!
