I recently bought a Mazda Cx 5 from here and I will say it was a pretty smooth process for the most part. The prices are definitely unbeatable. I waited a couple of weeks before writing this review because I was skeptical of a couple of things. One being that there was mandatory $999 dealer fee that I felt was out of the ordinary. But It comes with an oil change, tire rotation, and detail cleaning. I was able to get my oil change and had no issues setting that up. Also I felt like a better job could’ve been done with cleaning the car, I was responsible for scraping the ticket sticker off my own window. I didn’t like that but that was minor. I would say that Ernesto, did a good job with not making me feel rushed to make a decision and they let me test drive it on my own with no hassle. The only note I would give is that I wish they seemed more excited after I got through the process to purchase the car, I kind of felt like after the sale was done they seemed kind of cold. Overall the process was easy and the cars are good. I still recommend having a mechanic look at it before purchasing, which the dealership had no issue allowing. I’ve been to several car dealerships looking for the same car and Cars Catch was by far the most transparent and reasonable out of them all.

Excellent customer service. 1st time buying a vehicle here.  They have the best prices with low mileage, and straight to the point.  I would recommend, and will buy from here again. The pictures they post online is actually what you get in person!  Worth the drive to test drive & buy.  Can't comment on financing as I went through my bank, but I'm sure their great on that end as well.

Highly recommend this dealership. It’s a smaller family owned business and they really don’t play games. For that alone, it is worth it. The price you see is the price you pay. They do add on a $999 customer service pack and it is non-negotiable (at least in my case), even though I was unable to take advantage of the benefits it comes with. Had they been transparent about that up front or offered me even a slight break, this would have been a 5 star review. Nonetheless, it is the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was able to easily communicate with them and have everything prepared ahead of time, so by the time I showed up, the test drive was the longest portion of the purchase. When I got back and said “I’ll take it,” I was out the door in 10 minutes. No lie. Price could not be beat anywhere in the country and again, they didn’t play games. No negotiating, no haggling. It is what it is. Definitely check the vehicle out, but if it suits you, everything else is easy! Their detailer could have done a better job cleaning, but it was in pretty good condition.
