Other dealers should come here to see the right way to sell cars and treat buyers. From the time I came in to look at a off-lease 2021 ID.4, negotiate the price of the car and my trade-in, it totaled less than 45 minutes. I got what I anticipated for my trade and the dealership did fine as well. (Obviously, or I wouldn't have the car.) It had a recall to complete, so the dealer provided a loaner until it was completed.

There was no sitting for a long time during negotiation, pressure to buy add-ons, or an extended warranty. Everything was quick, professional, and a pleasent process. I can't say enough good things about the team at Castle. Mike Mizwicki obviously values honesty and great service skills in everyone at the dealership.

If you are in the market for a new or used VW, I can't reccommend Castle VW of Downers Grove enough.
