Since I live out of state, I called on Saturday, spoke with Jerry Langton who went above and beyond to give me exceptional service. He completed all my paperwork over the phone, and I was able to pick up my car Monday afternoon!   Jerry’s level of customer service & professionalism is unmatched.  Highly recommend! My experience with Causeway Honda was very positive. The staff was very professional and the necessary services (oil change, 15,000 mile inspection) was done in a timely fashion.. In fact, I arrived early and it appeared that they accepted my car immediately. I suspect that this will continue, and I plan to use this dealership again soon.

Service at Causeway Honda is impeccable all around. From drop off to pick up, the experiance is greatly satisfying every time I need to have my 2018 Accord serviced. The service representative (Kristin) always is looking out for me and is has a unique awareness of what is needed and can pinpoint the cars problem. She is able to address what is needed at that time but can also assist with what needed repairs are required for future scheduling. Upon completion of the visit the repairs are explained by the service repairman that worked on the car if required. The entire staff including the sales team and cashier always are friendly and willing to assist you with each visit.

I would say each time I visit I leave with a great sense that the work is completed properly and I am at ease.
