I left a 5 star review for CC&A previously, but felt the need to expand on it in response to some unwarranted comments from a disgruntled poster. My husband and I are loyal customers of CC&A, have been for almost 6 years. Jeff and his son do good work, charge reasonable prices, and have always been friendly and respectful. They're honest, and take the time to explain things when they're finished with a job. We always enjoyed hanging out with Sue in their office while we waited on our vehicle. This is a small family business and they care about their customers. One day my husband and I had just arrived in the hospital parking lot for an appointment when the heater hose connected to the water pump broke off and started spewing out steam and antifreeze. We called Jeff to see if he could help us and sure enough 15 minutes later Jeff shows up with some tools and proceeded to repair our vehicle right in the parking lot!  About a year and a half ago we also became tenants of theirs in addition to being customers. Once again they have always been friendly and respectful at all times. We pay our rent on time and Jeff always responds in a timely manner if we call with a repair request.  Jeff and Sue have gone out of their way to help people on a regular basis, not just for us but for plenty of others too. It's just who they are and what they do.

My husband and I were on our way to buy a Honda Pilot in Chambersburg. On our way there, we saw one in their car lot. I liked this one better as I didn't care much for the color of the one we were on our way to buy. This guy gave us a great deal on a great car!!! He's not selling junk and he's not trying to get rich off of every car he's selling. He will work with you if you're serious about buying. Quick paperwork and we were out the door with my beautiful Honda Pilot. HIGHLY recommend going here to purchase a used car if you want a good deal!!!
