I went to several dealerships and this was by far the best as far as customer service goes. They were attentive but not overbearing. I was greeted, shown all the vehicles I wanted to see with patience. Jason was my sales guy and he made sure I got what I wanted and needed. He was easy to negotiate with and was just all around easy to get along with. Jett helped me out in finance and was great for making that part of the experience feel comfortable and easy. Both Jett and Jason indulged my need to have constant conversation going. Highly recommend this dealership and this duo.

After visiting another local Kia dealership, unable to make a deal, we landed at central Kia. I wish this would have been our first stop. When we drove up we had a little jump scare with the building being demolished but the attention and service more than made up for the appearance. Mike took care of us from the time I called letting them know we were coming until we left, an hour after closing. He listened to what we wanted and did not string us along. Very up front. You can tell he was as genuine as they come. Even the finance guy, David, was personable and gave great customer service, when most times those people are so straight faced. Overall I would highly recommend anyone check out central Kia. Even if it is a little extra drive. 10/10 Thank you Mike!

Firstly, this dealership is the only place I know that DOESN’T keep you in the dealership for hours with false promises just to send you home with nothing. Lou Mathis is hands down the best. From the moment he took my call to the very end, he followed through with everything that he said. The first time I've worked with a car salesman that did exactly what they promised they'd do. Lou made my process seamlessly easy and was a pleasure to work with!

Went to Central Kia of Plano on Saturday and walked out with a 2023 Kia Forte. My sales rep Earnest was very friendly, patient & understanding. The whole process went so smooth with no hiccups. The finance manager was awesome as well. As a matter of fact the whole staff every worker in there was friendly & asked if I was ok or needed anything. I would recommend them for all your vehicle needs. FYI there were so many people coming in and driving off with their new vehicle. It was great to see! Keep up the great work.
