I went there last week to look at wranglers and met Brandon. He helped me find the perfect Rubicon and had it shipped in. While waiting on it to be detailed after I bought it, I went to the parts attendant to get to know the people that will be handling my Jeep whenever I bring it in and Ashley H went over the procedures and processes as well as introduced me to the parts counter for when accessories become available for the 2024’s. In short, Brandon was top notch in taking care of me and setting me up in my new Jeep and Ashley was on top of her game in ensuring I knew the process for servicing my vehicle. I’ve no problem sending anyone who asks to see those two people.

I left my vehicle here for repairs as indicated on the computer display and in a recall letter.  I was told the recall part may take as long as 6 mos. to come in and be placed on my vehicle.  I was told that  Champion was only allowed one of these parts per week.  I was not given an appointments until I called again days  later and someone else, a man, asked if the engine light was on. I said yes and he made an appointment for me expediently.  When I was called to pick my vehicle up, I paid over $536 and was told it was critical to get an oil change for another $225.  I got in my truck only to have an acceleration issue. No one had test driven the truck. I had medical emergencies at the time and a friend,  who left her business to drive me around, and I were both dismayed that I had to leave the truck at Champion another night.  The supervisor, however, told me she would personally test drive the truck, give me a free oil change and have her people bring me the truck.  After she test drive the truck, the recall part was put on my truck, oil changed, computer reset, and the truck was delivered.  It is running well now.  In my review I would say dealing with Champion service was very expensive and since it was not fixed at first or test driven, it was a waste of time and money, until the supervisor made it right.
