I've been in the auto industry for 14+ years and these guys were very easy to deal with and they didn't try to waste my time or haggle over price for hours like some other dealerships. I can’t express enough how amazing this dealership is. I found the truck I wanted on their website, called in and asked for an estimate on what my numbers would look like while giving them all the information first without running my credit. They got everything together so quickly and called to go over it with me. I filled out the loan application form from my phone at home, and they processed it right away and gave me the best deal without running my credit through the mud to a bunch of different institutions. They got me exactly where they said I would be. They got it cleaned up for me and had everything ready by the time I got there. I looked at it, fell in love with it, signed the forms and drove out of there in an hour. I worked with salesman Jordan Ingerham and finance manager Jason Burris and it was the best experience all the way around. The whole crew there is so welcoming and kind. Listen here, if you own and drive a Ford, regardless of the model or year, I highly recommend for you all to bring your vehicle here at Chapman Ford. The personnel that works there fine people who understands customer service and what the customer needs. The service manager, is very knowledgeable, professional and cares about the customer. Like he really cares for real care, not the “give me the money,” but sincerely care. The attitude stems to his co-workers. I love my Mustang, it’s my baby, and I have finally a place to bring for service.

Nearly every Ford dealership told me my front brakes were at 2mm and that I needed brakes. I came to Chapman Ford, they told me my front brakes were at 6mm and my left rear brakes were at 1 mm and my rear right were at 2 mm. And they were. The complete opposite of what the fake dealership were telling.
