I can't recommend this place enough. We drove two hours from Jersey based on inventory and reviews. Our salesperson Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and a joy to work with. We never felt pressured or overwhelmed as I have at dealerships in the past. They had the best prices around and excellent inventory. We test drove two Broncos and Joe was patient and able to answer all our questions. Finance did what they had to do efficiently and professionally. I can't get over how this didn't feel like the typical stressful car shopping experience w/ salespeople but rather an exciting process among supportive individuals. My first stop while searching for a new car was Chapman Ford. By the end of my day, I knew I’d be back. Truthfully, I was a bit nervous to be purchasing my first car on my own. I showed them the car I saw online and they quickly set me up with a representative, Frank, to get started. I can’t say enough great things about Frank! From the test-drive to explaining the process of buying a car, he was fantastic! Frank was respectful towards me and wanted to make sure I loved the vehicle I found. He helped me decide what I wanted, without being pushy or overwhelming.

I wanted to keep my options open, so I left Chapman and visited several other dealerships to view more vehicles I was interested in. Ultimately, my experience at those dealerships is what made me choose Chapman. At other dealerships, the salesmen were focused on increasing my budget, showing me cars that I didn’t want, and talked down to me as if they knew what was best for me.

The next day, I went back to Chapman and asked for Frank. As we began the process, I knew I picked not only the right dealer, but a dealer I could trust. Frank was polite and ensured I was confident in every decision I made. He answered all my questions and concerns with honesty and transparency. When I moved on to financing, Reuben was so friendly and patient with me! This was my first big purchase and he was very thorough while explaining all the legalities, that truthfully I knew nothing about. Frank came into work on his day off to make sure things went smoothly, as I signed the last of my paperwork, which goes to show how much he truly cares about his clients. When I left the lot with my car, it felt like their team was celebrating my first big, adult purchase with me! Throughout the process, everyone made me feel as though they genuinely wanted me to love my new car. The overall customer service was top tier and I have already begun recommending people to Chapman. As a first-time buyer, I know I made the right choice with Chapman!
