I had a wonderfully efficient and friendly experience with service at Chapman Hyundai this week. Jamie was my advisor and handled my ABS fuse recall request quickly and professionally, from scheduling to ensuring the needed maintenance was completed. My vehicle was also checked for any other needed maintenance (there wasn’t any needed at this time) and was washed before I picked it up. Everything was done in the time predicted with no surprises. I couldn’t be more pleased with the  treatment at Chapman and found all the people there to be extremely friendly and courteous. They also have a comfortable lounge with beverages and snacks as well.

Yesterday I purchased a new Santa Fe with Shane at Chapman Hyundai Phoenix and had an incredible experience. I’ve purchased several vehicles in my life at other dealerships and this experience at Chapman was by far the best experience I have ever had. First, I live a couple of hours away so I was able to have much of the preliminary discussion about the valuation of my trade-in vehicle with Jaycee via text for several days leading up to my in-person arrival and he was SO friendly and accommodating. I decided to get preapproved with my bank the night before so early Saturday morning I rolled into the dealership with paperwork in hand and knew exactly what vehicle I wanted. Jaycee came and introduced himself and shook my hand but was mid-transaction with another family so I was introduced to Shane who was excellent. Right away, Shane had several models of my desired vehicle pulled up and ready to test-drive. He was so extremely patient with me, I explained the importance of putting my toddlers car seat into the new vehicle and letting him ride along to make sure he would have enough room as this was the primary reason I was trading in my old car. He was super patient and explained every feature of the new vehicle to me while my husband was getting the car seat in. He let both myself and my husband test drive so we could each get a feel for the drive controls. We then went inside and sat at Shane’s desk to discuss numbers and strike a deal. This part was much less stressful than I’ve experienced in my past. 3 different employees approached Shane’s desk and offered toddler toys to play with. It is a very family friendly atmosphere. Shane’s patience can not be understated here. While waiting for management/finance office to finalize some things, Shane and I had a really pleasant chat about other things which brought a level of personable customer service that I appreciate. In the end, we were able to strike a deal even better than what I had originally hoped for and I can not be more excited for my new ride. From my first encounter with Jaycee to working with Shane, the management team and Huey in Finance, I had a fantastic experience through and through.

I couldn't be happier with how I was treated at Chapman Hyundai. I submitted my info online and within 3 minutes I received a call from Sawyer, the sales manager. We agreed to terms over the phone, and about an hour later, I was in the showroom picking up my new Hyundai. Sawyer hooked me up with Jad who did a great job at demoing the vehicle and going through the prep work and making me feel comfortable. While waiting to go to finance, other Chapman staff stopped to say hello, offer me water, engage in conversation and thank me for my business. Tony in finance made signing paperwork easy with zero-pressure to purchase service plans. I've been in the car business 19 years, and aside from the times when I sold a vehicle to myself, this was the best purchasing experience ever. Thanks, everyone!
